基于TEAMS的旋转部件测试性建模与分析

摘    要:测试性模型能清晰、准确地描述装备的测试性相关因素与知识,如故障模式集、测试资源集以及故障与测试之间的关系等。针对直升机旋转部件的独有特性和保障安全的重要性,以旋翼系统为例,梳理了建模准备信息,包括层次结构信息、端口信息、测点信息、故障模式信息等,并进行了TEAMS模型建立和分析,验证了产品模型和测试性设计的一致性,提出了借助外部设备采集和处理传感器信号进行测试性设计、依靠模型进行测试性验证的方法,为机械系统研制过程中故障诊断和健康监测提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The testability model can clearly and accurately describe the testability-related factors and knowledge of the equipment,such as the failure mode set,the test resource set,and the relationship between the failure and the test.In view of the unique characteristics of helicopter rotating parts and the importance of ensuring safety,taking the main rotor as an example,the information of modeling preparation is sorted out,including hierarchical structure information,port information,measurement point information,fault mode information and so on,the TEAMS model is established and analyzed,and the consistency between the product model and the testability design is verified.The method of testability verification is proposed by using the peripheral equipment to collect and process sensor signals,it provides technical support for fault diagnosis and health monitoring in the process of mechanical system development.
