Li2MnO3的柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法合成及离子导电性

摘    要:以Li2CO3、MnCO3为原料,用柠檬酸盐溶胶凝胶法合成了Li2MnO3超微粉.对合成的材料进行了DTA、TG、XRD和TEM等表征,并应用交流阻抗谱技术测定了样品的电导率.结果表明,650。C以上生成Li2MnO3纯相超微粉,粒径在50nm以下.在18~400。C温度范围内,产物烧结体的离子导电率为10-6~10-3S·cm-1,其电导活化能为44.87kJ·mol-1.

Abstract:Li_2MnO_3 ultrafine powders were synthesized by the citrate sol-gel method usingLi_2CO_3, MnCO_3 as raw materials. The powder samples were characterized by DTA , TG, XRDand TEM. Ionic conductivity of the sinter was determined by means of A-C impedance technique.The experiment results show that Li2MnO3 pure phase is formed at over 650'C. The diameterof the powder is below 50urn. The measured magnitudes of conductivities are in the range of10-6~10-6s.cm-1, the value of activation energy is 44.87kJ'mol-1 from 18C to 400C.
