拉臂装置结构优化设计

摘    要:利用ANSYS参数化设计语言,建立了某滑移式拉臂装置的参数化有限元模型,并对原始设计进行了结构静力分析,以确定各参数的敏感性,合理选择优化变量.将拉臂装置部分焊接件的板厚选为设计变量,在满足材料强度、刚度要求前提下,以拉臂装置的最小总质量作为目标函数,采用零阶优化方法对其进行了结构优化分析;通过优化设计使整机减质量18.6%,达到了设计目标。

Abstract:Parametric finite element model for a telescopic boom hook-lift device has been established using ANSYS parametric design language.Static analysis was performed first to verify the sensitive variables.The selected plate thicknesses of the welding structure were used as design variables.An optimization process was then carried out to minimize the total structure weight.The constraints include the rigidity of the structure and the strength at critical locations.Zero order optimization algorithm has been used to implement the optimization.The optimized structure shows a 18.6% of total weight reduction compared to the traditional initial design.
