磁、气悬浮电机的机制研究及仿真分析

摘    要:在已有磁悬浮电机原理的基础上提出磁、气悬浮电机,通过气隙(气隙长度)联立磁、气悬浮本构方程,利用虚位移原理建立电机电磁悬浮力模型,建立了定转子气隙流体的雷诺方程。运用有限元分析软件对高速无轴承磁悬浮电机磁感应强度、电磁悬浮力及气隙流体的承载力进行了仿真分析。

Abstract:The magnetic‐gas suspension motor studied in this paper was proposed on the basis of the existing gas suspension on the principle of magnetic levitation motor .The motor levitation force model and Reynolds equation of stator and rotor gas gap fluid was established through air gap(gap length)simultane‐ous magnetic ,air suspension constitutive equation by using the virtual displacement principle .T he simula‐tion analysis was also made on the magnetic induction of the high‐speed non‐magnetic motors ,the electro‐magnetic levitation force and the carrying capacity of gap fluid with the help of the finite element analysis software .
