| 摘 要： | 在介绍串行打码中继控制器工作原理的基础上,给出了一套基于利用状态灯信号进行自动换户的设计方案,并对该方案的设备选择和控制实现原理进行了系统阐述,给出了能够实现设计功能的PLC控制程序。实践证明,该设计效果良好。

| Abstract: | The serial code printing central relay controller structure and its working principle are introduced.A design of automatic code printing alternate based on the use of status indicator signal is brought forward.The program of equipment and control principle are discussed in detail,the PLC control program for function realization is designed.Its application in spinning machine is quite successful. |
