铝基硅酸盐陶瓷涂层耐蚀性能的研究

摘    要:以正硅酸乙酯为主要原料,用溶胶-凝胶法在纯铝基体上制备出了均匀的硅酸盐陶瓷涂层,通过阳极极化曲线、硝酸腐蚀试验、海水浸泡试验及努氏硬度的测量研究了陶瓷涂层的耐腐蚀性能和耐磨性。结果表明,该涂层能显著提高基体的耐腐蚀性能、硬度及耐磨性能。

Abstract:Silicate ceramic coating was prepared on pure aluminum substrate by Sol-Gel processing method with TEOS aschemical precursor.The characteristic of the coating was investigated by anodic polarization curve method, nitric acid corrosion test,seawater immersion test and Knoop hardness measurement.The result indicated that the obtained silicate ceramic coating has excellentproperties of corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
