摘    要:本文通过对有限元分析FEA基础理论方法的简单介绍,以及针对工业通用大型压力机机架的承载结构进行受力分析和结构优化,展示了不同受力状态下的典型算例仿真与创新设计思路。探索在基于虚拟样机设计的仿真平台上使用分析工具的方法与流程。

Discussion on the Force Analysis and Optimization Design of Heavy - Duty Pressure Machinery Based on FEA

Abstract:The paper introduces briefly the basic theory and method on the FEA analysis, analyzes the force and structural optimization to the pressure frame that is served for heavy duty pressure machine, revealing the simulation example of typical static, dynamic and fatigue states under different pressure condition, and finds out the procedures and flow to use analysis software in the a analy- sis platform that is designed based on the analog prototype.
