高石灰石掺量水泥专用助磨剂的工业试验

摘    要:使用高石灰石掺量水泥专用助磨剂在亚东水泥厂进行了工业试验。结果表明,在P.C32.5R水泥中添加该助磨剂,可以降低12%熟料、0.5%砂岩和0.5%矿渣,增加13%石灰石,同时提高水泥的比表面积,水泥的3d、28d抗压强度均略有提高。使用助磨剂后,水泥45μm筛余降低约5%,比表面积提高约50m2/kg,3~32μm颗粒含量提高4.3%,粒度分布均匀性系数提高0.03,特征粒径降低3.03μm。长达4个月的工业试验结果证明,使用高石灰石掺量水泥专用助磨剂可以大幅度提高水泥中石灰石掺量。

Experimental study on special grinding aids for cement with high content of limestone admixture

Abstract:The industrial test of special grinding aids for high limestone content cement lasted four months in Yadong cement plant.The test result showed that the special cement grinding aids mixed in P·C32.5R cement could decrease 12% clinker,0.5% sand,0.5% slag and increase 13% limestone,at the same time,the cement specific surface area increased,and the cement compress strength in 3d and 28d increased slightly.After using the special cement grinding aids,the 45μm sieve residues decreased by 5%,the specific surface area increased by 50m2/kg,the content of particle in 3-32μm increased by 4.3%,the particle size distribution uniformity coefficient increased by 0.03,the characteristic diameter decreased by 3.03μm.
