模糊自适应PID控制在水泥生产中的应用

摘    要:水泥生产是一个复杂的化学过程,具有大惯性,滞后等特点。由于AQC炉对水泥生产的影响及水泥生产的滞后性,传统的PID控制难以有效的实现对水泥二次风和三次风温度的控制。针对这一情况,提出一种模糊自适应的控制系统,显著提高了系统的跟踪和抗干扰性。

Abstract:Cement production is a complex chemical process with large inertia and large lag.Characteristics.As impact of AQC furnace to cement production and hysteretic nature of cement production,it is difficult to realize effective control of the temperature of secondary air and tertiary air by traditional PID control system.In view of this situation,Fuzzy Adaptive PID Control system was put forward,which can improve tracking and anti-interference performance of the system.
