摘    要:锅炉给水pH值要求控制在一定的碱性范围内,pH值控制过程是典型的非线性控制过程,加之主控过程涉及长距离的液体传输和反应器中化学反应包含长时间的潜伏期,导致系统具有严重的时滞性。为此提出并采用变增益三区段非线性PID和积分模糊控制(IFC)算法,利用西门子S7-200PLC进行编程控制,实现了对数据进行滤波处理并采样精确化,最终实现了对加药控制系统的实时自动化。

Data Precise Sampling by Using the Digital PID Control Algorithm and the Fuzzy Control (IFC) Algorithm
Abstract:The water pH value of the boiler needs to be controlled in certain alkalinity scope. Its controlling process is a typical nonlinear process. In addition, the master control process involves the long distance liquid transmission and the chemical reaction in the reactor contains the long time incubation period, which makes the system have the serious time delay. Therefore, in this paper we propose the nonlinear PID and the integral fuzzy control (IFC) algorithm, which carries on the Simens S7-200PLC programming controller. The method realizes data filtering and precise sampling, and finally achieves automation of medicine control system on real time.
