| 摘 要： | 目的 观察清咽利喉含片的镇痛作用。方法 采用小鼠热板法和酒石酸锑钾所致的小鼠扭体反应,观察小鼠的镇痛作用。结果 清咽利喉含片可明显提高小鼠痛阈,延长酒石酸锑钾所致扭体发生的潜伏期及减少10 min 内扭体次数。作用与西瓜霜润喉片大体相当。结论 清咽利喉含片具有较好的镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the analgesic effect of qingyan lihou buccal tablets.METHODS: The analgesic effect in mice was observed by hot-plate and body-torsion induced by antimony potassium tartrate.RESULTS: The experiments proved that the buccal tablet could significantly raise pain threshold,prolonged the latency and reduced the writhe number per ten minutes of mice model by antimony potassium tartrate.CONCLUSION: Qingyan lihou buccal tablets show better analgesic effects. |
