摘    要:阐述了高校顾客满意经营的重要性,应用CSI理论,建立了高校顾客满意度测评指标体系,并对常州地区四所高校进行了测评,计算并分析了CSI,提出了改进建议。

Abstract:This paper attempts to illustrate the importance of customer satisfaction management in colleges. The index system of testing the degree of customer satisfaction will be set up with the application of CSI theory. And this paper also makes an analysis of CSI in four colleges and universities in Changzhou and puts forward some proposals for improvement.
