| 摘 要： | 为加强卫生执法人员的职业法律意识，闸述了法律意识的重要性，提出应重视对卫生执法人员依法行政、权利与义务、承担法律责任、自觉接受监督和合理执法等法律意识的培养，通过法律教育培训、人员录用及晋升中的考核、加强卫生执法活动的监督等途径提高卫生执法人员的法律素质。

| Abstract: | For strenghthening the occupational legal consciousness of hygienic executive personnel, the importance of it was expounded. It was indicated that must pay attention to the fostering of legal consciousness (including administration according to law, rights and duties, bearing the legal liability, subjecting to supervision and enforcing the law rationally). The personnel's quality of enforce the law could be enhanced by means of education of law, checking before employing and promoting and enhancing supervision on hygienic execution of the law.
