摘    要:国内外大量的运用了加重压裂液技术,它主要是针对高压井、异常高压井、异常地应力井而言的。针对此类井提出了一种新型的加重剂LHW-1,它价格便宜,溶解性好,加重效果比KCl和NaCl范围更宽,调节范围可以达到1.1-1.35g/cm^3,加重效果更好。如果需要更高密度,LHW-1与NaBr复配可以调节至更高的密度,最高可以达到1.70g/cm^3。通过LHW-1进行实验评价了压裂液各种性能,如交联时问、耐温性能、流变性能、基质渗透率伤害率、破胶性能和残渣含量的影响。

Abstract:At home and abroad, weighted fracturing fluid technology has been applied widely, which is mainly aimed at high-pres- sure wells, abnormal high-pressure wells and abnormal stress wells. Against the above wells, this paper introduced a new weighting agent of LHW-1 with cheap price and good solubility. LHW-1 has better weghting effects and broader adjustment range than KC1 and NaC1, with its adjustment range up to 1.1 - 1.35 g/cm3. If higher density was in demand, LHW-1, compounded with NaBr, could be adjusted to higher density up to 1.70 g/cm3. Based on the experiment of LHW-1, this paper evaluated a variety of proper- ties of the new fracturing fluid as follows: crosslinking time, heat resistance, theological properties, matrix permeability damage rates, gel breaking performance and the impact of residues content.
