| 摘 要： | 股权属性与公司价值关系分析,主要从主营业务利润率、国有股比例、境内法人股比例、流通股比例等变量进行研究,选取了医药行业的上市公司作为研究样本,并且用SPSS统计分析软件对变量进行了描述统计、线性回归等方面的分析,发现国有股比例、法人股比例与公司价值遵循三次函数关系。根据分析的结果,提出改进建议。
