摘    要:利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析了07MnNiMoDR钢板的基体组织和冲击断口形貌,研究了影响钢板板厚1/2位置冲击韧性的根本原因。板厚1/2位置的变形不足导致心部组织粗大,同时有大颗粒碳化物伴生于粗晶粒的晶界,碳化物的存在是影响冲击韧性的根本原因。通过优化轧制和热处理工艺,钢板冲击功值稳定在240 J以上。

Abstract:The microscope and SEM were used to analyze the microstructure of 07MnNiMoDR plate,and the impact fracture morphology was 'also observed. The essential reason caused low impact toughness of 1/2 position of thickness was studied. The central position of plate was not well deformed in rolling progress and coarse grain was obtained. Moreover,car-bides with large size in grain boundary associated with coarse grain. The existed carbide is the essential reason lowing impact toughness. By optimizing the rolling and heat treatment process,the impact energy is with stable value above 240 J.
