实心转子电机的端部系数研究

摘    要:从场的观点定义了端部系数为具有端部效应的气隙磁场密度与无端部效应的气隙磁场密度之比,导出了一各蝗端部系数计算公式,该公式与阻抗定义的端部系数公式是等效的,进一步研究了转子表面介质的非线性磁导率对端部系数的影响,给出了一种修正公式,通过实例计算证帝在研究端部系数时必须考虑转子有形状和非线性材料的影响,文中提出的方法是正确和有效的。

Abstract:A brief formula of end effect factor which is based on the magnetic flux density viewpoint has been given.It has been proved that the formula is equal to another formula based on impedance viewpoint,but simpler.Through theoretical derivation and calculating example,it has been confirmed that the nonlinear nonisotropic magnetoconductivity and the shape of pole influence the end factor.In order to improve the calculating accuracy of the end factor,a modified forrmula has been given and proved to be correct and effective.
