确定喷雾干燥中雾滴粒度分布的轨迹分析法

摘    要:由于喷雾干燥中雾滴的运动较复杂,所以目前多是通过实验测量来确定雾滴粒度分布,有限多不便因素。通过模拟粒子受力情况以及与空气的传质传热,采用时间增量法和拖动坐标系逐步跟踪粒子的运动轨迹,建立数学模型,再结合实验中样板取样所得到的数据,即可确定喷雾干燥中雾滴粒度分布。

Abstract:There is much inconvenience in measuring particle siz e distribution by experiments at present,because of droplets movement complexity in spray drying.So in this article,we bring forward a method-particle trajector y analysis,which simulates droplets forces and heat and mass transfer with air,t races movement trajectories of particles by time-increasing method and moving co ordination,and then establishes a mathematicle model with data from sampling of experimental plates,to obtain droplet size distribution.
