摘    要:与经调质处理的结构钢相比,非调质结构钢具有工件的尺寸效应小,零件的生产周期缩短因而节能,同样可进行表面硬化处理等优点,已被广泛用于制造发动机的曲轴、连杆及汽车等零件。试验研究了40MnSiV,48MnV,S55S1和38MnVS6非调质钢特别是40MnSiV钢曲轴的感应淬火。结果表明,上述非调质钢进行高频二次加热淬火或中频感应淬火均可获得良好的表面硬化效果。

Abstract:Relative to structural steels to be quenched and tempered,microalloyed medium carbon structural steels have the advantages of smaller response of part to size,part production cycle being reduced therefore energy saving,also being able to be surface hardened and so on,consequently have been widely used for crankshaft and link of engine,automotive parts and other structural parts.The microalloyed medium carbon steels such as 40MnSiV,48MnV,S55S1and 38MnVS6,particularly 40MnSiV steel crankshaft,have been investigated for induction hardening.The results indicate that high frequency induction heating at tow times and subsequently quenching or medium frequency induction heating and subsequently quenching all can allow the above microalloyed medium carbon steels to develop satisfactory surface hardening effect.
