建设项目集成管理三维结构与系统再造

建设项目系统整合与系统再造是集成管理的关键。文中基于传统建设项目多个实施主体在管理系统上“组织分隔”、“信息孤岛”等引起的效率低下与浪费现象，从集成管理系统再造等基本要求出发，重点分析了霍尔系统工程“三维结构体系”，在对逻辑维、时间维、知识维三维体系进行解剖式分析与理念集成的基础上，提出了建设项目集成管理组织集成、过程集成、信息方法集成三维结构体系，并构建了建设项目集成管理新系统。

Three Dimensional Structure and System Reproduction of Construction Project Integrated Management

The system conformity and reproduction of the construction project is the key of integrated management.Based on the phenomenon of low efficiency and waste which is caused by the traditional construction project many main implementation parts on the management system "the organization separates","the information isolated island" and so on,this article starts from the basic requests of integrated management system reproduction,emphatically analyzed the Hall systems engineering "the three dimensional structure system",carries on the dissection type analysis and the idea integrated foundation in to the three dimensional system of logical dimension,the time dimension,the knowledge dimension,and it proposed the organization integrated,the process integration,the information method integration three dimensional structure system of construction project integrated management,and constructed the new system of the construction project integrated management.
