| Abstract: | The status and characteristics of bauxite resources in China are reviewed and the sig-nificance of silicon removal from bauxite ores through mineral processing methods is noted. The research status and developments in silicon removal from bauxite ores in mineral processing are introduced from two aspects: chemical and physical. Based on these, the research directions in silicon removal in mineral processing are presented. |
