几何量测量技术在行波管研制过程中的应用

摘    要:本文首先从行波管的测量项目与仪器要求、测量人员的知识储备、环境要求与维护保养几个方面,详细描述了几何量测量技术在行波管研制过程中的应用,并从行波管的结构类型、研制模式以及测量设备的基本特性几个方面分析了这种应用产生的内在原因;然后对比了国内外在几何量测量的标准规范、设备选型、测量运营方面的差异,希望从业人员能够从中学到有帮助的内容,投入到实际研制过程中,提升行波管的测量技术水平。

Abstract:The application of geometry measurement technology in the research of traveling wave tube(TWT)is first described in detail from the aspects of measurement items and instrument requirements,the surveyors\knowledge reserve,and the environmental requirements and maintenance.Then the internal reason of this application is analyzed based on the structure of TWT,the development mode and the basic characteristics of measurement equipment.And finally,the differences in measurement standards,the equipment selection and the measurement operation of geometry measurement between domestic and foreign are compared.It hoped that practitioners can learn useful contents and put them into actual research to improve the measurement technology for TWTs.
