| 摘 要： | 针对压盖具有的阶梯型结构,进行了拉深、成形工艺分析及计算.根据拉深成形过程特点,制订了合理的工艺方案,克服了展开料难以精确计算的困难,设计了拉深、成形、校正复合模,制造出了合格零件.

| Abstract: | Drawing and forming process analysis and calculation was carried out in terms of step configuration of the press-cover part. According to the characteristics of the drawing process, reasonable plan was formulated to overcome difficulty of blank size calculation. Compound die with the drawing, forming and regulating function was designed to make the qualified parts. |
