| 摘 要： | 该文通过对中心城市电视大学的发展背景及远程开放教育现状的分析，认为在中心城市的广播电视大学中开展移动学习M—Learning，将能有效地提高远程开放教育的教学效果和学习支持服务，并以此增强电大系统在现代远程教育市场中的竞争力。
