摘    要:文昌14-3油田井槽较少,为提高该油田最终采收率,达到高产的目的,同时减少投资,降低开发风险,经济有效地开发油藏,该油田设计了文昌14-3-A3水平分支井,并获得成功,得到预期效果,这是在南海西部的首次应用分支水平井技术.由于采用半潜式平台作业,受海况影响较大,平台始终存在升沉,钻井参数较难稳定,给悬空侧钻造台阶带来很多不便.通过优选钻头及钻具组合,利用近钻头井斜控制井眼轨迹,放慢钻井速度等措施,顺利钻完成了该井眼,为分支水平井技术在南海西部的推广提供了有益的参考.

Abstract:Wenchang 14-3 Oilfield has few drilling slots, in order to enhance the ultimate recovery and fulfill the high production target, reduce investment and risk of development, and achieve the goal of effective reservoir development, Wenchang 14-3-A3 multi-lateral horizontal well is designed in the oilfield, and expected results are achieved. It is the first time that the technology was used in the west of the South China Sea. As the operation is conducted on semisubmerged platform which is greatly affected by the sea, so drilling parameters are difficult to be kept stable. As a result, sidetracking gets more difficult. Well drilling is completed through optimizing drill bit and bottom hole assembly (BHA), controlling wellbore trajectory by near-bit inclination, and lowering drilling speed. The drilling practice provides valuable reference to the popularization of the technology in the west the South China Sea.
