| 摘 要： | 分析了对高带成品飞剪定长配尺剪切的影响因素及对成品材尾段的控制,并对成品飞剪系统的有关参数进行了实测和理论分析,提出了优化配尺剪切的控制方案。通过实际应用和理论校验,证明了该方案的正确性和可行性。

| Abstract: | The influence factors on shearing to length and match shearing,and the control method for product tail end are analyzed. The scheme of match shearing optimization is put forward based on testing and theoretical analyzing the parameters of flying shear system. The rectitude and practicability of the scheme are verified by practical production and theoretical calculation. |
