| Abstract: | The causes for the defects of 20 # casting bloom was analysed and some measures of provision was studied in this papers. The practices and studied results are shown that to reinforce control of converter smelting,deoxidizing, to protect the casting from air secondary oxidation, to improve the water cooling intensity at secondary cooling zone and to optimize the relationship of casting temperature with drawing speed are some important factors of raising accepted rate of the bloom. |
