打通城市绿地的“海绵”路径--海绵城市绿地建设管理技术指南

基于当前海绵城市建设中出现的技术、机制协同难点以及城市绿地作为重要海绵体的价值意义,开展《海绵城市绿地建设管理技术指南》课题研究。《指南》重点解决了城市绿地规划设计、建设评估全过程各层级的技术路径,以系统思维和工程思维的不同角度确定各层级海绵城市绿地建设的指标、目标和技术方法,包括海绵城市绿地规划、海绵城市绿地设计、海绵城市绿地工程施工与维护及海绵城市绿地绩效评估等内容。《指南》聚焦城市绿地在海绵城市建设中与传统方法、做法的不同之处,通过规划、设计、实施、维护、评估全过程把控城市绿地海绵功能的落实,强调蓝绿灰融合和多专业协同,有效发挥城市海绵体的综合效益。

Breaki ng through the Path Towards the"Spo nge"Urban Green Space--Technical Guidance for the Construction and Management of Green Space in Sponge City

Based on the technical and mechanistic coordination difficulties in the current sponge city construction and the value of urban green space as an essential sponge body,the research project of"technical guidance of the construction and management of green space sponge city"has been carried out.The guidance works out the technical path at all levels in the whole process of planning,design,construction,and evaluation of urban green space.As well as determines the indicators,objectives,and technical methods of green space construction in sponge city from different perspectives by systematic thinking and engineering thinking,including sponge city green space planning,sponge city green spaces design,sponge city green spaces engineering construction and maintenance,and sponge city green space performance evaluation,etc.The guidance focuses on the differences between urban green space construction in traditional and"sponge city"methods.It guarantees the implementation of the sponge function of urban green space by controlling the whole process of planning,design,implementation,maintenance,and evaluation.It emphasizes integrating the blue,the green,and the gray and multi-professional collaboration to effectively give full play to the comprehensive benefits of the urban sponge body.
