下分层回采巷道锚梁支护技术研究

摘    要:利用有限元分析方法,对上分层回采巷道开挖、上分层回采及下分层回 采巷道开挖进行了模拟,得出了内错式下分层回采巷道的合理位置、底层煤体应力分布规律、下分层回采巷道两帮位移特征及破坏过程;钢管混凝土性能试验表明,这种材料具有良好的韧性和承载能力,现场试验表明,下分层回采巷道梁支护技术具有良好的支护效果。

Abstract:The finite element analysis method is used to simulate the excavation of gate road in the upper slicing, mining of the upper slicing and excavation of gate road in the bottom slicing. The following conclusions can be drawn: rational layout location of gate road in the bottom slicing, stress distribution of the bottom slicing, displacement characteristics and breaking process of side coal wall of gate road in the bottom slicing; It is indicated by the behaviors experiment of concrete filled steel tube that this material has good plasticity and flexural capacity. In the practical project, it is proved that blot beam support technique of gate road in the bottom slicing has good supporting effect.
