摘    要:用 TCS法生产异形细旦阳离子涤纶 FDY,探讨切片含水率、纺丝温度、冷却成形、上油率、热管温度等工艺参数对产品质量的影响。结果表明 ,采用合适的干燥工艺可获得含水率小于 2 0μg/g、粘度降小于 0 .0 0 5 d L/g的干切片 ,纺丝系统采用两套联苯加热保温 ,纺丝温度 2 99~ 30 1℃ ,降低侧吹风速度 ,提高侧吹风温度 ,上油率控制在 1%~ 1.4% ,热管温度为 172~ 174℃ ,卷绕速度为 4.5~ 4.6km /m in,可纺出质量优良的三角异形细旦阳离子涤纶长丝

Abstract:Rational choice of the process parameters, such as water content of chips, spinning temperature, quenching conditions, oil pick-up and thermal-channel temperature, was decided for profiled fine denier cationic-dyeable PET FDY production by TCS process. The results showed that the proper drying process ensured the water content of dried chips less than 20 μg/g, viscosity degradation less than 0.005 dL/g. The spinning plant was installed with two sets of dowtherm. The spinning temperature should be in the range of 299~301℃. The high-quality profiled fine denier cationic-dyeable PET FDY can be obtained at lower quenching speed and higher temperature, oil up-take in the range of 1%~1.4%, the thermal channel temperature in the range of 172~174℃ and the winding speed in the range of 4.5~ 4.6 km/min.
