FeCrBSi预合金粉末对金刚石锯片磨损特性的影响

摘    要:通过在纯金属粉末胎体中加入不同比例的铁基预合金粉末,对各种胎体合金硬度、耐磨性、抗弯强度进行了检测,并对各种锯片进行了切割速度和切割寿命试验,同时对其结果进行了分析讨论.结果表明:适量加入铁基预合金粉末,可提高胎体对金刚石的把持力,改善金刚石的出刃性能,从而提高金刚石锯片的切割效率和使用寿命.

Abstract:The pre-alloyed iron powder of different ratio was added to pure metal powder matrix.Hardness,wear resistance and bend strength of several matrixces,as well as sawing speed and life time of several saws were tested.Result makes known that,proper addition of pre-alloyed iron powder can strengthen the adherence of matrix to diamond,improve sawing performance,thereby increase sawing efficiency and service life of the diamond saws.
