摘 要: | ![]() 一般情况下看,塑件带有与分型面垂直的侧向凹凸的特征,成型的注射模需作成带侧向抽芯结构的复杂模具,但对于灭火器卡座塑件,利用开口及弹性强行脱模,设计出不用侧抽芯机构的模具,制造容易,可降低成本。

Abstract: | ![]() The fire extinguisher booth has lateral concave-convex vertical the parting surface,in the ordinary circumstances,the injection mold need side core-pulling mechanism,but regarding this part,using the elastic forcefully ejection,designed no side core-pulling mechanism,the manufacture is easy,and cost is reduced. |
