| 摘 要： | 一般情况下看，塑件带有与分型面垂直的侧向凹凸的特征，成型的注射模需作成带侧向抽芯结构的复杂模具，但对于灭火器卡座塑件，利用开口及弹性强行脱模，设计出不用侧抽芯机构的模具，制造容易，可降低成本。 |

| Abstract: | The fire extinguisher booth has lateral concave-convex vertical the parting surface,in the ordinary circumstances,the injection mold need side core-pulling mechanism,but regarding this part,using the elastic forcefully ejection,designed no side core-pulling mechanism,the manufacture is easy,and cost is reduced. |
