摘    要:根据智能振动压路机激振模式及结构特点,提出一种新的4自由度动力学模型,以XG6133D型智能压路机为例,研究了压实进程中,随土壤的刚度系数增大,阻尼系数的减小,振动轮及机架在多模式下的动力学响应特性,揭示压实进程中振动轮受到土壤的压实反力、摩擦力的变化规律,分析振动轮产生“垂直跳振”、“水平打滑”等复杂工况的可能性,提出了保证压实质量的有效措施.

Abstract:Based on excited vibration modes and structural features of intelligent vibratory rollers, a new 4 - DOF dynamical model is proposed. By applying XG6133D intelligent roller as an example, during the compaction process with increasing soil stiffness and decreasing dampness coefficients, the dynamical response properties of vibratory wheel and framework are elaborated based on multiple modes. Afterwards, the variable principles of anti-soil-compaction and frictional forces towards vibratory wheel are speculated. Furthermore,the probability of such complicated working conditions as vertical jumping and horizontal skidding vibrations is analyzed. Therefore, effective metrics are postulated to guarantee the compaction aualitv.
