摘    要:为提高飞机主系统液压泵工作温度的监测精度和可靠性,基于数字温度传感器DS18820和AT89S51单片机设计了兼有液晶显示和报警功能的新型温度监测仪及其C语言驱动软件;硬件设计的温度采集模块省去了传统模拟信号放大及A/D转换电路,仅包括数字温度信号采集、监测结果的液晶显示及单片机3个模块;软件设计主要包括温度采集驱动、液晶显示驱动和逻辑判断3个模块;对设计的硬件电路和软件进行了Proteus仿真,结果表明,该监测仪设计正确、运行可靠。

Abstract:In order to improve the detection precision and reliability of working temperature on hydraulic pump in the plane main system, this paper designed a new type temperature inspecting meter and its C language driving program based on the digital temperature transducer DS18B20 and single-chip AT89S51. The functions of the meter include liquid display and alarm. In the design of hardware, the traditional analogue signal amplifying and A/D transforming circuit was omitted. As a result, the hardware only included three module of temperature signal collection, inspecting result display and single chip. And the design of software includes three module of temperature collection, liquid display and logical judgment. Finally, the design of hardware and software was simulated by Proteus. The results of simulation show that the design of the in- specting meter is right and reliable.
