高砷含铋净化渣处理工艺研究

摘    要:研究“碱浸脱砷-酸浸除铜-中和沉铜”回收高砷含铋净化渣中铋、铜的处理工艺.碱浸脱砷控制终点游离碱度40 ~50g/L,砷浸出率达到86.3%、氯浸出率达到96.4%;酸浸除铜控制酸度100g/L,铜浸出率达到90.9%,酸浸渣中铋含量高达40%,可作为优质原料进入铋反射炉冶炼生产4N精铋;中和沉铜pH值7~8,沉铜渣含铜高达52.12%,可作为生产硫酸铜等化工产品的原料.

Abstract:Research "alkaline leaching arsenic acid leaching copper and copper deposition" recovery of high arsenic bismuth con- taining purified dregs of bismuth, copper processing technology. Alkaline leaching arsenic removal control end free alkalinity 40 - 50g/L, arsenic leaching rate reached 86.3%, chlorine leaching rate reached 96.4% ; acid leaching of copper to control the acidity of 100 g/L, the leaching rate of copper reached 90.9% , acid leaching of bismuth content in slag is up to 40%, can be used as high - quality raw materials into the smelting bismuth reverberatory furnace production 4N refined bismuth and copper deposition ; pH 7-8, Shen copper slag of copper containing up to 52. 12%, can be used to produce copper sulfate and other chemical products raw materials.
