摘 要: | 建立了一套连续的超临界反溶剂实验装置。以无机物BaCl2和NH4Cl、DMSO(二甲基亚砜)及二氧化碳物系为研究对象,利用超临界反溶剂过程制备了BaCl2和NH4Cl超细颗粒,并将其结果与文献进行了比较。结果表明,利用此装置制备超细颗粒是可行的。同时实验研究了不同压力、温度及溶液浓度、溶液流量对结晶颗粒形貌与尺寸的影响。

CRYSTAL FORMATION OF BaCl2 AND NH4Cl USING A SUPERCRITICAL ANTI-SOLVENT PROCESS |

Abstract: | Continuous supercritical antisolvent precipitation (SAS) has been used to produce crystals of barium chloride (BaCl_2) and ammonium chloride (NH_4Cl). Liquid solutions of BaCl_2 or NH_4Cl in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) have been continuously sprayed using supercritical CO_2 as the antisolvent. In this research, it has been shown that the continuous SAS process can be a useful technology to bring about a modification of the internal structure and external shape of crystals. The effects of pressure, temperature ,the concentration of DMSO and the injection rate have also been studied. |
