柴油机排气消声器CFD模拟与分析

摘    要:利用CFD技术对某型6缸柴油机的排气消声器的流场进行了仿真分析,着重分析了消声器内部结构对内部流场速度和压力损失的影响,以及不同流速时排气压力损失的变化,指出了随着入口流速增大,压力损失呈抛物线规律增大的。仿真和试验研究发现,在相同入口速度为55.93m/s的边界条件下,压力损失仿真结果为9110Pa,试验测量结果为9300Pa。同时对消声器的改进提出指导性意见。

Abstract:The method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) has been used to study the flow field of a 6-cylinder diesel engine exhaust muffler.The regularities of pressure loss changing with the internal structure parameters and different flow velocities have been achieved for exhaust muffler.With the entrance velocity increases,pressure loss was increased according to parabolic law.Through simulation and experiment,it is found that,with the same inlet boundary conditions,the simulation pressure loss is 9110Pa,and the...
