摘 要: | 论述了真空接触器真空度运行检漏的必要性,并从理论上探讨漏气检测的机理。当接触器处于分闸状态,若某相真空度降低,由于三相触头间隙等效绝缘电阻的不平衡,通过人为中性点取得对地偏移电压信号,它的大小就直接反映了接触器三相真空状态。

A DISCUSSION ON THE DETECTION MECHANISM OF AIR LEAKAGE OF THE VACUUM CONTACTOR IN OPERATION |

Abstract: | This article discusses the necessity of air leakage detection to check the vacuum of the vacuum contactor in operation, and the mechanism of air leakage detection theoretically. When the contactor is in "off" state and if the vacuum in certain phase decreases, the earthing voltage deviation signal is obtained through the artificial neutral point, due to the unbalance of the equivalent insulation resistance between the gap of contacts in three phase. Its magnitude directly reflects the vacuum state of each phase of the contactor. |
