摘    要:通过工业试验及取样分析,系统研究在转炉冶炼-炉外精炼-薄板坯连铸生产工艺条件下IF钢中成分及炉渣成分在转炉冶炼、精炼、薄板坯连铸等各个工序的变化规律,比较了三种不同精炼路线对成品成分含量和生产可浇性的影响,从而为本钢实现生产汽车板用IF钢薄板坯的目标奠定了研究基础。

Abstract:By means of industrial test and sampling, variation regulations of chemical composition and inclusions in IF steel from BOF smelting, RH refining to continuous casting were studied under different technological conditions in this work. Effect of three kinds of refining process on the composition content and the number of continuous casting were compared. Thus the study basis for producing the thin IF steel slab for automobile sheet was laid.
