AlTi中间合金中TiAl_3形态及对细化效果的影响

摘    要:
通过对比试验发现;不同TiAl3形态的AlTi中间合金具有不同的细化效果,借助SEM和XRD等手段对AlTi中间合金进行了分析对比,探讨了TiAl3形态对细化效果的影响。实验结果表明:利用快速凝固技术制备的该中间合金,其TiAl3化合物细小,具有最佳的细化效果。

Abstract:
It has been found by comparative experiments that AlTi master alloys with different structures havedifferent refinement efficiency. The master alloys have been studied by SEM and XRD. The effect of structures onredinement efficiency has been discussed. The results show that the AlTi master alloys produced by rapid solidificationtechnique comprises fine TiAl3 phases and has the best grain refinement efficiency.
