摘    要:上海长江隧桥承台、塔座大体积混凝土的施工,采用了料控、温控、浇筑控等施工措施。其中,温控是控制大体积混凝土开裂、保证混凝土施工质量的关键工艺;而在大体积混凝土中埋设冷却水管进行降温是降低混凝土早期水化热升温的有效措施,在施工实践中取得了较好的效果,可以为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:The controls of materials, pouring and temperature are used for mass concrete construction for cushion cap and column base of Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel and Bridge. Among them, temperature control is the critical technology to control the mass concrete cracking, and to ensure the quality of concrete construction, while burying cooling water pipe in concrete is the effective measure to lower the temperature of concrete hydration heat at early age. Better results are got during construction, which provides a reference for similar projects.
