烹饪专业大学生就业问题研究

摘    要:由于行业的特点和专业的特色,烹饪专业大学生就业具有明显优势,但是诸多主客观原因又使就业过程中毒现不少问题。烹饪高校应重视和研究学生就业问题,加强学科建设和教学改革,强化就业指导,为学生提供多方位的服务和帮助,努力提高大学生的就业率。

Abstract:Because of the characteristics of cuisine trade and the specific features of the major there really exists obvious superiority of cuisine college graduates employment to others . However, while noticing the superiority, we also find many problems in the course of their getting employed. Higher educational iastitutions should pay enough attention to the employment rate of their students and put it into serious consideration. The college graduates' employment rate could be raised if we do more work on decipline constructions and teaching reform, strengthen employment guide and provide many-sided services and help for the graduates.
