| 摘 要： | 对自制的膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)进行了预处理并添加了协效阻燃剂等助剂，形成一种高效的膨胀型阻燃体系。通过氧指数、热重分析和扫描电子显微镜等检测手段，考察了该阻燃体系的阻燃性能和添加量。IFR、硼酸锌和其他助剂最佳质量比为25：2：2。改进后的膨胀型阻燃体系用于聚丙烯，不仅阻燃性能优良，同时还具有较好的力学性能。

| Abstract: | A homemade high efficiency intumescent flame retardant (IFR) was developed via pretreatment and addition of a synergistic additive,which was characterized by limited oxygen index,thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy.The flame retardance and rational dosage of IFR was analyzed.The optimum mass ratio of IFR,zinc borate and other additive was determined as 25:2:2.The modified intumescent flame retardant system was successfully used in polypropylene (PP) and the resultant IFR/PP composite exhibited not only the superior flame retardance,but also good mechanical properties. |
