摘    要:在对常用于多目标决策问题的层次分析法、模糊综合评判、灰色系统和德尔菲法进行阐述分析的基础上,结合非赢利领域项目投资决策工作的具体实际情况,探讨了层次分析法和模糊综合评判在项目投资决策中的综合应用,从而较好地利用两种方法的优点,得到项目的综合价值.然后运用运筹学相关知识,通过建立线性规划模型来反映影响投资安排的外在条件,对待选项目进行筛选,完成计算机自动决策,为最终投资安排提供一个较为规范、科学的辅助决策依据.

Abstract:Analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,grey systems and Delphi method are analyzed,which are applied in multiple criteria decision-making problems.Analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation's integrated appliance in projects' investment decision belonged to nonprofit field are discussed.The projects' integrated value is got by their integrated appliance which made use of the two methods' virtue.And then,according to operational research,linear programming model is founded,which reflected the exterior conditions,to filter the projects to realize the decision by computer.The research provides a canonical and scientific decision basis for final investment.
