| 摘 要： | 绩效评价是企业进行自我监督、自我约束的重要手段和管理工具.阐明了水利施工企业绩效评价的必要性和特殊性,设计出水利施工企业绩效评价的指标体系,并运用主成分分析法建立了绩效评价的模型,实证分析为15个单位做了绩效考核排序.

| Abstract: | Evaluation of business enterprise performance is an important mean and tool of self-supervision and self-restraint.The necessarity and the articularity of evaluation on enterprise performance of water conservancy construction are elaborated,the index system of evaluation on enterprise performance is designed,and the principal of component analysis is used to set up the model of evaluation on enterprise performance,the analysis on the example gives out the order for 15 units on the performance examine. |
