| 摘 要： | 以单工序锻件为研究对象，对提高锻件变形均匀性的优化设计进行了研究。给出了优化设计的目标函数，确定了优化设计的设计变量和设计方法，并对一典型的轴对称H型锻件进行了优化设计，取得了明显的效果。

| Abstract: | The optimization aimed to increasing the deform uniformity of the forging is carried out. The objective function of the single-process forging was given .The optimization design variable optimal method was determinated. Using the above method, the shape of the billet of an axisymmetric forging is carried out,and the optimization result is satisfied. |
