摘    要:以人为本是实现企业发展和人的发展的根本。必须准确把握以人为本的内涵,坚持以员工利益为本、以人力资本为本、以人的全面发展为本,着力构建以人为本机制,为企业的创新发展提供智力支持。只有将“一切为了人,一切关爱人,一切尊重人”的人本理念融入企业管理思维,注重员工与企业的和谐,个人与团队的和谐,人与人之间的和谐,才能推进企业持续创新发展,实现人企共赢。

Abstract:Human orientation is the foundation of development of staff and enterprise. We must correctly master connotation of human orientation, persist in orientation to staff benefit, human capital, staff development of all respects, strive to build up system of human orientation, to provide intelligent support for innovation and development of the enter- prise. Only we melt concept of humanism into thinking of enterprise management "Everything for the staff; Everything loves human; Everything respects human", pay attention to the harmony of staff and the enterprise, individual and group, individual and individual can it be promoted that enterprise continually innovate and develop and realized that both the staff and enterprise win.
