蚕丝脱胶细菌的筛选鉴定及应用

摘    要:实验采用平板初筛和发酵脱胶复筛的方法从蚕丝腐化液中分离筛选到一株脱胶效果好的细菌,经该茵处理后蚕丝的残胶率可达到5.12%,对其形态特征、生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列进行分析,鉴定该茵属腊样芽孢杆菌(Ba-cillus cereus).利用筛选的菌株进行纯种发酵脱胶,所得丝纤维的残胶分布情况和强度等特性优于化学法和酶法脱胶.

Abstract:A strain was isolated and screened from the natural fermentation liquid of silk by combing the plating dish and degumming,and the remnant sericin of silk treated by it dropped to 5.12%.The isolated strain was identified and characterized as Bacillus cereuson the base of its morphology and 16S rDNA sequence analysis as well as physiological and biochemical characteristics.The strength and elongation of degummed fibre by pure fermentation was better than the degummed fibre by chemical method and enzyme method...
