政务信息资源目录体系和交换体系总体框架探讨

针对电子政务目录体系和交换体系的跨部门共享数据相容性，业务流程协同性等问题．提出一种由服务模式、技术架构．信息资源和管理机制组成的可行解决总体框架；抽象出资源共享式．政务协同式、辅助决策式和公共服务式四种服务模式；给出了一种基于核心元数据实现资源目录和基于UDDI技术实现服务目录．基于Web服务技术和面向消息中间件技术的交换体系技术方案。

Discussion of Government Information Resource Catalog System and Exchange System Framework

This paper studies the data compatibility and business operation flow cooperation among different departments in the area of e-government catalog system and exchange system. A solution framework that consists of service pattern, technical frame, itformation resources and management mechanism is proposed. Four types of service pattern, resource sharing, business cooperation, assistant decision and public service, are abstracted. The technical solution proposed for exrhange system is based on realizing resource directory through core meta data, realizing service directory through UDDL Web service technology and message orientated middleware technology, The categories of information resoturce library for exchanging between departments are also proposed.
