摘    要:综合射频技术可显著降低传感器全寿命周期成本、快速应对新的功能需求、动态分配系统资源、大幅降低升级费用,其发展受到世界各国的广泛重视.在对综合射频架构的要点分析的基础上,介绍了美国海军、空军及国防先进预研计划局在该领域的发展历程及最新动态.对于我国的综合射频技术发展具有重要指导和借鉴意义.

Abstract:Integrated RF technology has the potential to substantially reduce life-cycle costs,quickly address new requirements,dynamically allocate and manage system resource,significantly lower upgrade costs,and its development receives increasing attention.This paper first analyzes the integrated RF architecture's key technologies,then introduces USAF,NAVY and DARPA's research achievement in this field.This review is quite meaningful for china to develop the integrated RF technology.
